Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.
Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.
Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:
I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Thanks, Clay. Picture clearly shows why corn futures are trading at five years low.
Sinper, I have not seen the film. This is my favorite rest spot on my bike rides, a place to catch the breeze and enjoy the vista of the valley bellow, a rare thing in our flatlands.

Looks like a lovely place, Haim. The film is well worth visiting too..

But, I like it here. I don't want to go home.

Very good Tony,
Love the firing order scratched in the prop gear casing/ crank bearing cover.

Thanks.
That's a Leonides radial with the firing order on: 1,3,5,7,9,2,4,6,8. Even I can remember that. The other pic is the underside of the Hastings in AirSpace.

Here's a pic I quite like of a Buccaneer. I worked on this very aircraft back in '82, a real beast. Sadly suffered a bird strike on its port wing (visible on the bare metal leading edge, folded section) just before delivery to Duxford.

Can anyone here suck-start a radial?

Apache, taken at Fairford.

Great photo Del. I'm just wondering how many bits of that Apache I've fixed..... the poor thing

Especially sad for the bird, I'd imagine.

The bird presumably had right of way ...
