Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.
Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:
I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Me too. I was polishing my 802 Diamonds just before seeing it.
I like the crucifixion pic above Kevin - where is it?
Mark
Thanks Mark - it's St Anthony's Church in Onchan, near Douglas on the Isle of Man. It's a really weird church - built by the billionaire Albert Gubay, who founded Kwik Save. At the back is a garden full of all manner of odd statuary (most of crucifixions) and a shrine to St Bernadette of Lourdes.
Graeme, that pic immediately above is GORGEOUS!
Cheers Kevin.
I like the fact that the walls look endless through the wood in your shot above.
What is the tonal manipulation - PS?

Jamie,
Been travelling on the Great Western Main Line then?
Paddington and Reading by the look of them.

Great picture Tony, is it straight out of the camera?
Justin Hayward is out side looking for a new album cover.

Unusually for me, not straight from the camera.
Cheers Kevin.

Cheers G - It's done in Lightroom. Essentially I've bleached out most of the colours apart from green. I have Photoshop but I find Lightroom easier and quicker to use.
Like that G. Especially the reflection of the reflection. (Very Arcade Fire).
Here's a staircase I snapped yesterday with the phone.
I can't decide which is better. Even with HDR on the iphone, the sun element got bleached.

I like the bleached one better, because it is architecturally clearer.
Architecture over timbre perhaps?
