Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

The remnants of the railway line are now a running/cycling/walking track, although there are other lost bridges along the route. I covet very much the house that used to be this village's station.

I found an (undated, I'm guessing 1914 from descriptions of when various buildings were built) album of old photographs in a junk shop and decided to see if I could get to the same spot to take more pictures today. (Answer is: not entirely! But it's a project).

Here's the next set:

Aspendos

Where is the theatre Jamie?

Posted on: 03 September 2014 by JamieWednesday

It's at Aspendos in Turkey. Though what possessed the Romans to build a theatre somewhere about as hot as The Sun is beyond me!

Last one for now. Even with the hills, and a bit left of the bridge, it was hard to work out precisely where the bloke was standing.
I have quite enjoyed doing this!
