Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Not sure why, but seeing one group reminded me of the other.  It has been one of those days, perhaps the medicine hasn't taken yet.

Any thoughts on whether they're accelerating or decelerating during a power slide.

Thanks, Jamie. Picture was taken while attending the annual ArtPrize competition in Grand Rapids Michigan. 1500 art works are submitted to be judged by the public and a panel of jurors. They are displayed all over the city, in museums, galleries, schools, restaurants, business centers and churches. You should consider entering some of your work since the top two grand prizes pay $200,000 each, enough to buy a couple of new Zeiss lenses.

My other picture (ARTsenal) was taken there too. The hanging weapons were arranged in the shape of a US map and part of the installation included life-size silhouettes of snipers stationed on top of the building's roof.
