Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.
Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.
Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.
Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:
I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

The Guardian/Observer are running one of their photo submission slots, on the subject of "Jump", so I sent this in, and thought I'd stick it here also.
This is how Masai men try to impress the ladies. They invited us to have a go (no knee-bending). We failed. They smiled. Wonderful, utterly enchanting people. Such good memories.

I live 10 minutes by feet from the piave river where it's still wild. When it gets 10 or 15 celsius under i can see the same white trees and grass. And if you sit down on a rock silent you can hear creatures moving. Making their own way out to spring. Thanks!

Got bored painting kitchen ceiling so a stroll down to the beach was required followed by a nice pint of Tribute. Loving my new life in Crantock

Blueknowz,
Some great photos of Liverpool City centre. The photo of the town hall brings back memories as I first started work next door in 1 Dale Street (the building immediately to the right of the Town Hall) back in 1976. Also enjoyed the picture of Wiliam Brown Street by the Walker Art Gallery and the old Picton Library (now the new Central Library).

Hi Graeme - I appreciate a good photo (Drawing Breath is rather lovely) but i'm interested in what you saw here to take a shot ?

It conveys a kind of atmosphere - looks like a photograph from the Victorian era ...Possibly?
A difficult, but much more satisfying photograph than 'Drawing Breath' to me.
