Nice Photos.

Most of us have taken one or two nice photos.

Here is my candidate as being almost quite good. In fact it is two painstakingly joined.

Taken up in the mountain at Skurdalsvatn in 2000.

Though this one takien in Warsaw in November 2006 is not bad:

I know there are several good photgraphers here, and it would be nice to see some of you best efforts if you feel inclined to share!

Nikon 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 AF-D at about f4.5 at 90mm on my D700. I love the macro setting (used on this shot) with this lens. My usual walkabout and sometime wedding lens...very sharp and not unpleasing bokeh.

That's surprising. The dog and pint shot look like they were taken with very wide aperture lenses.

The dog was on a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 at f2.8. My standard dog-shooting lens Smile

Hopefully this will work this time. I have followed the instructions set out in FAQ and followed the instructions supplied by Imageshack.

Et voila:

Try following the instructions next time! Oh, and upload a bigger version too.

Thanks nodrog. Much appreciated.

I thought I had followed the instructions. It is so much hassle I will probably not bother posting in future. If you have time could you write down in no more than 3000 words what I need to do and what I did.......

Cheers Steve2

PS The D700 is a fantastic piece of kit. I have kept my N90s but I do not know if I shall ever get round to using it again.
