What new releases are you looking forward to?

I'll start the ball rolling...
Brahms: Anna Vinnitskaya (piano)
Yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! February 26th for me. I don't like to wish my life away but I just cannot wait for another month and wish it were today.
Just saw an announcement that this will be released in 3LP vinyl set in March!
Knowing his last LP was excellent in terms of both performance and sound, I have high hopes for his Beethoven and Schubert!
Sokolov release in high res. formats ( meaning vinyl ) is such a treat since he will never perform in the US.
I wish DG will release more new titles in vinyl. Their reissues of old catalogues sound poor compared to the original pressings but new recording have been terrific.
The Abyssinians
Durutti Column vinyl
R L Burnside
The Cave Singers

Been in the pipeline for about 6 months. It was mixed in Sept but held off from the Xmas schedule.
It is the original 71-72 band back together which with Shrieve and Schon were IMHO his best backing band.
He has also been trying to lay down some trax with Sly Stone, Larry Graham and Ronald Isley
Sorry for the crap images. The All Access stes are in order
Average White Band
Uriah Heep
Fairport Convention
Lindisfarne
Wishbone Ash
OMD
Rick Wakeman.
The fourth along the top is The Who singles set
The Terry Reid River ( fabulous album) and the Purple are vinyl

Funnily enough I just got sent a few trax off this moments ago.
Apparently it has been on the cards since 2103 when Rolie, Schon, Shrieve and the rest of the band started rehearsals. They continued to rehearse in 2014 and then last year they laid down the 16 tracks for the album.
Please do not ask me what the trax are like as I cannot give you an answer.
Due out April 15th.

Bishop and Ewen thanks for the additional information, I had not heard that it was in the pipeline so for me its been a surprise (particularly with the original lineup) and one that I'm looking forward to.

Agree++. A real 'HiFi' record that just needs to be heard late and in great audio quality. Reminded me a bit of Blue Nile in some ways-cultured, lush, enveloping. Might be my favourite Tindersticks album.
Wish I could work out what was going on with that nose though!

little bid off topic....just bought 2 records for an insane price (almost 100bucks /record) , that was the first time i thought to myself: nope!!! you can not buy this music as a download...you NEED to buy it on vinyl....
