What new releases are you looking forward to?

I really like the second cello concerto.  Had never heard it before, but it was on the undercard of a Rachmaninov performance I saw at Symphony Hall, and I was blown away.

But I got used to the particularly dark and brooding sounding Royal Liverpool Philharmonic recording before I listened to others, and have consequently tended to dislike other recordings which might generally be thought of as better.  Will try to remember to check this one out.

Too expensive right now for 50 cd's so will wait until price drops....

Due November 25th.  An official bootleg to commemerate the 20th anniversary of her Revival album.

The first cover is the Australian band Datura 4 second album . If you haven't already and like good rock listen to their first album. I love the dirty guitar sound on it.

The Olympian album is an instrumental set from Daptone Records.

The second photo is Paul Rodgers daugther Jasmine. Don't expect a rock album as she is more of the singer songwriter ilk. She is currently on a litle tour of the UK

There is a Ryan Adams album on the schedule for Nov but there is no title and no trax been posted anywhere yet so it may or may not come out.
