I'll start the ball rolling...
The album Electronics Without Tears by pioneering DIY electronics bloke F.C. Judd has, amongst a lot of other stuff, some of the music he wrote for Space Patrol (he wrote it all)

Exactly!
Back in April, during an interview with a French broadcaster, Roger acidentally let slip that he and James Guthrie were working on a 5.1 version of Animals; and that Po (Storm's erstwhile partner in Hipgnosis, and now creative director of Pink Floyd) is working on an accompanying package.
If the rumours emanating from Warners are correct, it seems that this will emerge in November, perhaps on SACD if it is a single disc affair; and/or as a multi-disc "Immersion" style package, mixing DVDs/BDs and CDs.
It also seems that Guthrie has been working on a new two-channel mix, with beefed up, less wooly drums. And apparently three or four shows from the '77 tour (Oakland Coliseum, Boston Garden, the second or third Madison Square Garden shows being three in the frame apparently) are being investigated.I've got boots of all those nights and the performances are stellar.
As many fans know, the Floyd recorded every single night of the In The Flesh? tour through their desk onto a Nakamichi. Apparently the tapes have been very well looked after; and, although not multitracks, they may be good enough to release.
And there's also the late '76 early mix (below) of the album, which has some different lyrics and Waters handling the vocals on 'Dogs'. It's nowhere near as good as the final, released version, but could be worth including on a multidisc set; especially as it leaked out a couple of years ago and would be well worth having in good quality.
John Grant - new album "Love Is Magic" - release date 12th October 2018
Trailer on YouTube now.
Now this really IS exciting...!
Jack Wilkins: Windows. Out 28/09
Hawkwind - Road To Utopia
Well, to be honest, I'm not exactly sure I'm looking forward to this but...I do love Hawkwind (I only have 28 of their albums, so I'm not an uber-fan).
This is a collection of old favourites accompanied by (wait for it) orchestrations by Mike Batt.
Oh, and one Eric Clapton supplies the licks on a re-run of The Watcher.
Um. Released September.
Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs - King Of Cowards
The punky side of Black Sabbath metal. Everyone I know who've seen them live rave about them and their first album is noisily ace. Due in September.
Paul Weller - TrueMeanings. 2xLP
released in September on pre order from Amazon.
Described as having a Folky theme with lots of orchestration. Can’t wait.
Bob Marley and the Wailers - Kaya 40
2xLP in green or black vinyl
released in August on pre order from Amazon.
Kaya was a collection of songs left over from the Exodus recording sessions and has always been a favorite of mine.
Original LP and a remastered version by Bob’s son Stephen.
Paul Simon
