I'll start the ball rolling...
Just received the Japanese 2013 Platinum Shm-cd's of the Stones Sticky Fingers & Exile.
Flat transfers to DSD supervised by Mick McKenna who was part of the Stones Mobile crew at the original recordings.
Awesome sound quality on all fronts compared to the last Universal Masters Series !
Now before someone tells me that this is already out. Mobile Fidelity are releasing it as a sacd.
Sacd
Roger Waters Sacd Due supposedly September 23rd.
I will give you boys a rest and post about another 10 titles tomorrow incl Sinatra, Allmans, Miles, Dylan, Joel, Stevie Ray Vaughan. I could also post about another 20-30 titles of major jazz classics that are also coming as Sacd's this year.

Didn't buy Exile but had to do a shootout comparison for some friends from all over the world between the new SHM Platinum, SHM Sacd, Austrian 1st pressing, US 1st pressing and the Japanese 1st pressing. For overall sound the Japanese won however the rest weren't bad and I did like the sound of certain instruments or parts of the tracks better on one or two of the other discs but the Japanese cd floated my boat better.
The new SHM platinum disc has the treble and bass clipped to give you a more detailed midrange but for me it loses something. Unfortunately its modern style mastering and it means its dynamic range has been affected.
I personally could hear the difference in the Dynamic Range and when I ran the test afterwards it confirmed my suspicions.
Please don't get me wrong though as if I didn't own the Japanese 1st pressing and the Platinum SHM disc was all I heard them I would probably be very happy with it.
Please note that this is my own opinion and my advice to anyone is let your own ears do the talking. Different set ups and different rooms all have their part to play and my set up is not perfect by any means.
The new Ben Watt entitled Hendra due out late April.
It's got Dave Gilmour on it apparently.
Didn't know that Kevin and thanks for the info.
Blue Note have very large vinyl reissue programme planned this year. I don't think they're aimed at audiophiles, the price is going to be around £10 - £12 per LP, I believe. Universal's aim is to satisfy newcomers to vinyl who wish to obtain these classic jazz recordings without having to shell out the silly money many of them fetch.
Expect the usual suspects - Coltrane, Silver, Morgan, Blakey, Dolphy, Donaldson, Byrd, Green, Miles, Burrell, etc. No idea (yet) how they've been mastered, or whether they're mono or stereo. Hopefully Universal will take more care than EMI often did.
The vinyl releases begin on 25th March with Free For All, Blue Train, Out To Lunch!, Speak No Evil and Unity!. There will then be about half a dozen per month, along with special releases for Record Store Day.
That's good news for some Kevin. For those who want the SQ then you should check out the new Music Matters 33rpm Blue Note reissues also due out in March. If their 45rpm Blue Note LPs are anything to go by they should be excellent. Unfortunately they are more expensive in the UK as they are US imports.

SHM sacd
Being that it's a CD, this one probably won't include the 3D glasses, huh?

Re reading this I meant to say rolled off highs and lows and not clipped as they are two totally different things.
Mono
Lets hope they do a good job this around as the last time it was smiley eq'd
