Is this an official release of the "Electrif Lycanthrope" recording?

This is coming out in Feb and contains the complete Electric Lycanthrope and the above Ultrsonices 10/4/73 show.

Deluxe version. The second disc is worth it alone for his version of the Bill Withers track Grandma's Hands from a French TV show.

No sure about that. This is the third version of the album. I already have the first de luxe edition. OK a 5 track DVD is included this time. What we want is a new Gregory Porter album. Don't we?
