What was the last vinyl you bought?

Arrived today in the post:
Succumbed to the hype and pulled the trigger.
+1
MM,
As you're starting out collecting vinyl, don't forget there is a lot of great music out there on original vinyl for very little money.
Steve
What do you think of the SQ?
Cheers,
Andy.
Sorry Andy I missed this. Also by "bought" I actually really meant processed order on Amazon. It's arrived now though but as it had a "cling film" wrapping I won't be playing it tonight

No worries Chris, let me know what you think once you have managed to have a listen.
Listened to side 1 of the Goldfrapp LP and am very impressed!
Cheers,
Andy.
OK from your original post Andy I did get the impression that you were under impressed - but I was impressed - a lot better than the earlier AM albums

Thanks for posting back Chris,
I really like the content of the album but feel the SQ lets it down. The bass is a little over powering and sounds like it has been enhanced for some reason (this is the vinyl version).
This is the first AM album I have heard so have nothing to compare it with apart from the Last Shadow Puppets LP which I really like! The SQ is better also.
Thanks again,
Andy.
I have all of them on CD and all but Suck it and See on vinyl as well. I have the Last Shadow Puppets on vinyl but I play that less frequently the AM albums - although I love the album cover.
I will play it tonight though
Working my way through this vinyl box set that arrived yesterday. So far so good.
Hi apye.
Where are you exactly in the UK? We seem to have very similar taste in music!
Regards Graham.
Only played the "free" CD in the car so far

Some great music to be had out there and without this forum it would just pass me by!
