Nonesuch [audiophile 140gm vinyl]
The sticker says, "Plated and Pressed at Pallas MFG, Diepholz, Germany"

Ordered this in January, hope it was worth waiting for!

One of my favourite albums of the year so far, Debs.
Hope you enjoy it!

Tony

+1 The vinyl is great. If you don't have Day Trip/Tokyo Day Trip Live its a must have. A triple (!) gatefold LP cover, and the recording and pressing quality is fantastic.

180gm. 8 disc set pressed at Pallas. See Amazon for details.

Good reviews on product quality.

I see Debs bought it some weeks ago.

It was one of the few of hers that I do not have, had the chance to see her live way back when she was a regular on the club scene in Toronto.  Always entertaining.

Further to my previous post regarding NY "Live at the Cellar Door", all I can say is WOW what a great album. Neil, solo acoustic playing guitar or piano just as he was about to explode onto the scene.

I have just spent the last 3hrs listening to this new release from [Music on Vinyl], to say I am impressed is an understatement! I have had the CD of this concert for sometime and it sounds quite good, but this blows it away. All six sides are superb  in SQ, pressing and mix. It has just taken both my partner and myself back to when we saw LC in Birmingham on this very tour. Highly recommended if you are a fan of the sublime Mr C.

45rpm single of Johnny Cash - She Used To Love Me A Lot. Different versions on either side. Sounds great. Long time since I bought a single.

New remaster just released.

Arrived yesterday from Amazon £11.68

it's 'okay' but does sound rather digital.

I was going to order this as I have not got it, would I be better off finding a decent original pressing?

Thanks,

Andy.

Yes Andy,

and the price has gone up to near 14 quid too.

i think you would get a lot more fun with an original.

I've listened to this new remaster a couple of times and find the SQ to be so very plain flat boring.

THB i've never heard an orignal City to City on vinyl but used to own Night Owl LP which in SQ terms would widdle all over this new remaster.
