What was the last vinyl you bought?

Arrived today in the post:
Have ordered Lazaretto for the funky vinyl. Although I'm not sure to how many of the 'special features' I will subject my beloved Roksan.
Meanwhile, this is, indeed a goodie.
James - La Petite Mort
It is a delightful mix of new developments and influences, and quite a lot of more-of-the-same. A heavy reliance on piano, a tasteful amount of violin, and a lot of the (excellent) trumpet playing from the fantastically named Andy Diagram.
It is, to my taste, just a little too shiny in its production, but this is the James sound and always has been.
There's a fairly odd 80s Disco vibe on one of the songs, but somehow they have managed to make it work.
The single Moving On (which has an excellent, and quite moving, video worth youtubing [the whole album is about death in one way or another, but very upbeat about it]) is a classic catchy James song, but the album's highlights are its opening and closing tracks.
It's good stuff (great cover/art too - worth buying the vinyl for the extra impact)
Rodwsmith- Thanks for the suggestion! Really enjoying this one on the black stuff.

Arrived today in the mail.
'1968' Immediate label sampler.
This - double LP, two 7" inch singles, one 12', plus a CD and one of those new-fangled Blu-ray thingies:
matt,
Is the 'Nine Object of Desire' ever gonna be on a vinyl?
Did not strictly buy these, they were 50th birthday presents!
Some Girls - Rolling Stones. I had it on CD for listening in the car. It sounded so so but that was the car right? Anyway, the vinyl is pretty disappointing for SQ. I was hoping to get some new insight into the music but no so. Anyone know if this is par for the course for this album?

Happy Birthday apye. Welcome to the 50 club. I'll be leaving for the 60 club all too soon though. Nice pressies.

Thanks Steve, yeah enjoying playing them today, Gregory Porter will have to go back though.
Following the release of the large expensive Can box set the individual reissue LPs are available for purchase. Now playing side 2 and the SQ is good.
…..sourced from SACD masters at 16/44 apparently !!!!!!…..

Not at all in my experience. I have the original release vinyl, Stones' label, with all women's face cover and it is the best SQ of any Stones LP I have. The dead wax has "Sterling" imprint with initials (TJ) - Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound - top notch mastering. If your vinyl doesn't better your CD, find a better pressing.
Dolly Parton - Blue Smoke...of course :-)
Double 180gm version:-
All vinyl, all 180 gm. Bit of a buying spree. Most with digital download as well.
Coldplay - Ghost Stories
Arrived in the mail from Amazon a few days ago
Jethro Tull - This Was a very nice Island Pink Rim for a tenner.
Today's second hand purchases from Hippie Shake Records
The 1975 solo from the man who was behind Bowie's early 70s success...
I think this is my third copy of the album. First was worn out by extensive playing and the second one got lost in early 90s (probably loaned to someone who never returned it). And today when I saw this one I just thought that it would be nice to have it also in vinyl agin.
Finnish alt rock from late 80s. Here is a sample if anyone is interested...
