Arrived today from the excellent Juno Records - Arve Henriksen, "The Nature of Connections". I currently don't have a functioning TT, but fortunately it comes with a CD...

Original CBS first press. The last purchase from Pete before the market closes this weekend. I'll be keeping in touch though.

Kevin - Those TG re-issues look tempting. Any thoughts on how they sound? Thanks

Sam, my TT is away being repaired at the mo so I've only heard snippets of these new LPs through my friend's RP3. But they sound pretty good, especially as the vinyl quality on all the first pressings apart from DoA/3rd Annual wasn't great. Worth getting if you are a fan I think.

Thanks Kevin - I have no originals, as TG is a band I most definitely missed the first time around. I have a few of the 2011 CD re-issues baring Greatest Hits - which seems a sensible one to try on vinyl. It's on its way. Unfortunately my TT is also temporarily mothballed as we are having some dusty building work done.

Well Pete may not be in the market anymore but he came across this rare Columbia first press and thought I may want it. He brought it around to my house and this enabled me to clean the LP and play it before negotiating a price.
