I have the volume cranked quite high on this one - needless to say I can't stop those feet from tapping, very enjoyable indeed.

Not the most assuring faces, as Debs had noticed, but the music recommended by our friend Max is just delicious:

Dave Mathews Band - Come Tomorrow

Streaming on NAS............  another 2018 release from this past June, always enjoy the Dave Mathews Band's music and have been fortunate to see them a few times over the years!  ........My daughter introduced me to Dave's music in the early 90's. A turning point when her interests where beginning to be shaped by friends and class mates besides the family and music has always been a common point of interest between us.   ........Dave and friends are sounding mighty sweet this afternoon!

Jessye Norman - Christmastide

Streaming on TIDAL............. a mention from EJS earlier today came to mind when my wife asked me to put on some Christmas music. Wonderful vocals, orchestral arrangements with accompanying choir is fitting the bill for a touch of holiday music this afternoon before heading out for a work related holiday function this evening.

50 Words for Snow

Rather cliché to be playing this one from the Bush but given that there is a mixture of snow and freezing rain that's falling and having just got back from a very short 10 minute dog walk in  the freezing rain with slush, snow and ice underfoot it seemed the right sort of Kate to follow on with. An album that divides Bush fans but I like it a lot.

Divide and conquer?

Not one I know, but 1996 would be new rather than old in my collection of MO!

I am always mesmorized by this cover: so many subtexts.

Arsitidir: Svefns og Voku Skil

Original limited vinyl

Beautiful Icelandic vocal harmonies: classically trained, rock influenced, utterly independent and not a hint of Bjork. Mesmeric and utterly compelling listening, even though I don't speak a word from the land of ice and fire.

Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour

Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour
