Released 2011 - A very candid and thoughtful album. ????
Still find it difficult to fully appreciate this one, while it’s not bad...
Every time I hear this one, full enjoyment...., start to rank for me close to the level of live in Hamburg...
The Frapp get all blingtastically 80s on this very fine platter from 2010. Original UK vinyl:
Joni Mitchell - Blue
Having listened to the programme 'Soul Music' earlier on BBC Radio 4, it seemed only right to play the album.
Playing on Cassette on TDK D C90 - Great Nuggetts garage psychedelia compilation of psych bands from 1965 - 1968.
DSD direct to analogue, via SACD. Super deep bass on this, the best of the Frapp's electro albums.
Playing on Cassette on TDX SA -X C90 - Rennaissance live in Carnegie Hall NYC 1976 - Very nice version of Sheherazade.
