A very appropriate piece for the time of year. Nice to think that darkness is turning into light again.

MDS, my thoughts exactly when I played it this morning.
I seem to be drawn to playing a lot of Natalie Merchant's music lately.
The first albums of this guy are quite good, I don’t like his last one so much...
Ok not amazing...
Quite interesting modern jazz...
Nice jazz trio, sound pretty dynamic..
Difficult to describe, very innovative jazz like music...sometimes sounding electronic, some elements of big band and other things, could be interesting for the more adventurous ones on the forum...

Friday night, my girlfriend is halfway over the Atlantic on the way to her parents so its Happy Mondays time ! Such a brilliant album from a great era of Manchester music .

Finished work for the Xmas holi-pops , 16 days off before I return, neighbours are out and this piece of 40 year old vinyl is sounding mighty fine on the old fruit box
