On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
Jain: Zanaka. 16-bit CD Rip.
Another run through for this debut album - its been on almost continuous play on my iPod. Not a poor track on the album.
1992 - CD (rip)...
Christine and the Queens: Chaleur Humaine. HD 24-bit – 44.10 kHz.
Sem to be gravitating towards cracking debut albums today. Another corker.

Great album and really great song - saw them last year year at Brixton Academy - that gig had a real buzz to it, as if everyone knew there was something important happening.
Khruangbin. Con toda el mundo
Recently stumbled upon this on the YouTube. Three piece from Texas.
Definitely a bands band. With great vintage tones and textures in a cosmic global psychedelic swamp rock dream wave style.

Nick, that live show at Brixton must have been quite an experience - you lucky devil! Agree, its a superb breakthrough album, both in theme and sound, plus the unique live presentation adds to the refreshing approach. Just superb.
In fact I’ve played three (debut) albums this morning and its left me wanting more from each performer. A good thing.

Brilliant! Although, apologies to your Paypal balance, but Superorganism is also worth a listen! Don’t worry, it'll be mainly podcast catch up time this afternoon
Although I do often finish off the day with an album or two. Hope you enjoy the Jain album, I just find it infectious.
Agree, this thread is invaluable for finding out about new artists, or perhaps albums that have slipped under the radar. My bank account has also been reduced somewhat because of this thread - no bad thing!
