Clive, All I can see is Copyright (Abdul) Mati Klarwein 1971 bottom right. Very famous for his covers including Miles Davis’s Bitches Brew, Santana’s Abraxus and Earth, Wind and Fire’s Last Days and Time. He adopted Abdul as his first name believing that all Jews should show empathy with Islam as well as they with Judaism.
The Glass isolation shelves makes Genesis sound amazing with the 252. Will do the Power supplies and CD player on the right hand stack now.

Sorry, the album is 'Live Evil' by Miles Davis.
Despite being a user of the Naim Audio forum in its various guises since 2000, I never knew about the wall. I don't think I receive email notifications, but I did spot it on the list of topic alerts. I have sent you an email.
Lang Lang - Beethoven piano concertos nos 1 & 4
A bit of classic 70s soul - on mid-80s vinyl. "For God's Sake Give More Power to the People" and "Have You Seen Her?" are worth the price of admission on their own...
Playing on Vinyl on Bluesville Records 1961......Sounding mighty fine
Dave Brubeck Quartet - Time Out
Jazz isn't really my thing, but as it's a damp Bank Holiday Monday I thought I would give it a go.
So it's Man Cave Jazz Club for now.
Coffee with a Digestive whilst listening to this.

Dougie, I expect you knew that Leonard drew the cover as well co-writing Everybody Knows and two other songs. Thanks for introducing her.
From Wiki
She toured as back-up singer for Cohen in 1979 and 1980, and then again during 2008–2013. They collaborated on writing his much acclaimed songs "Everybody Knows" and "Waiting for the Miracle", released in 1988 and 1992 respectively. In 2001 she co-wrote, produced, arranged and performed the backing tracks (as well as appearing alongside Cohen on the cover) for his album Ten New Songs. Robinson also contributed to three tracks on Cohen's 2004 album Dear Heather, and duetted with Cohen on "The Letters".
On CD:-
Jethro Tull - Minstrel in the Gallery
Black Uhuru - Sinsemilla. Black Uhuru - Chill Out.
Desperately trying to bring some sunshine into what is otherwise a miserable, rainy, North Yorks. Bank Holiday Monday.
Goldfrapp: Silver Eye - HD download.
A little Frapp to brighten up a wet bank holiday Monday!
The Band - Music from Big Pink, WAV CD rip, followed by vinyl
Played on kitchen Qb while cooking, and now listening on vinyl as I fancied hearing it without the gas tap, pot lid coming on and off and the extractor fan as background. The Band’s debut, and another album with a claim to be the greatest debut of all time. Great musicians all, three vocalists who each interpreted wonderfully and who harmonised beautifully, and a set of great compositions, mainly from Robbie Robertson and Richard Manuel from the Band, but also three from Dylan. Fusing every possible style, tblues, soul, rock, folk, classical..., they have a good claim to be the Canadians who invented Americana with this album. It’s a joy from beginning to end, the instruments being played sensitively to enhance the lyrics , yet being beautiful in their own right. On vinyl you have the pleasure of knowing that the sides each end with an amazing song, The Weight and I Shall Be Released, two numbers that bring a smile to my face while I’m forced to sing along to the chorus.

[@mention:66047985346995680] Hi Phil, Cohen was a master at picking backing singers, and they were fantastic at interpreting his songs. If you don’t know Jennifer Warnes, have a look for her Famous Blue Raincoat album, a set of covers with Leonard himself duetting on one, a favourite of mine since it came out.
