On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
Ending my musical evening with this fantastic album....
And look what I found on Tidal
Listening to Buttons again as it did sound a bit ropey, sounds much better in this mono remaster.

Jacqueline Humbert & David Rosenboom 1977/1978
An all time fave of mine...
Just finished
Ferenc Snetberger - Titok
Ferenc Snétberger (guitar), Anders Jormin (double bass), and Joey Baron (drums).
Streamed on NAS........ A suburb album, enjoy it more with each listen!
Quincy Jones - The Great Wide World Of
Now Playing........
Beth Hart - Front and Center (LIve From New York)
Streaming on TIDAL....... A mention from EWEMON, JAMIEWEDNESDAY, TED_P, and BERT SCHURINK over the past couple of days had me place in the Tidal queue and take it out for a spin. Beth and the band is sounding mighty fine!

I think Kevin-W has the vinyl box set of that and I'm sure he would probably agree with you! Mind you, he is a totally analogue geezer, so maybe, not!

What a coincidence - I grabbed a few albums from storage the other day and that was one of them.
Great pop - they were underrated.
Fantastic soundtrack, such a shame the show was prematurely (in my view) cancelled:
Another La Feltrinelli pickup from my trip...
Just Finished........
Egberto Gismonti - Dance Das Cabecas
Egberto Gismonti (8-string guitar, piano, wood flutes, voice) and Nana Vasconcelos (percussion, berimbau, corpo, voice).
Streamed from Tidal....... First time giving this album a listen and it is beautiful, I just may have to buy a copy of this album. I read a few reviews before giving this a spin and they sang the praises of this recording and I am now a believer!
Now Playing........
Dominic Miller - Silent Light
Dominic Miller (guitar, electric bass) and Miles Bould (drums, percussion).
Streaming on Tidal....... Another first time listen while exploring the ECM catalogue and after taking a look at a couple of reviews on All About Jazz website it was an easy selection. First couple of tracks are sweet......
Now Playing.......
Kacey Musgraves - Golden Hour
Streaming on TIDAL......... A recent mention from PCD had me place this in the TIDAL queue and taking this out for a spin. I have enjoyed her other albums and have high expectations for this one, the first couple of tracks are very nice!
I don't know how to bring up a photo, but currently I'm listening to Chilltronica No. 4 by Blank & Jones. Very relaxing, and sounds great on my system. I'm using Audirvana for the first time, and a Dave as my DAC. It's got some great low notes, so I've also been adjusting my JL subwoofer to give me some nice tight bass.
Bach Cantatas BWV194 & 119
Masaaki Suzuki - Bach collegium Japan
Enjoying bach before wachting the China GP.
1st run, sounds promising
