You know the answer, Ken - practise, practise and practise more.
(6th April)
Eels - The Deconstruction
This is its second outing today and it's the sort of style I like from Mr.E, back to his best IMHO.
The other side of the cassette.
Tracy Chapman
Her brilliant debut album.
Peter Frampton

APC's long awaited next album going around again, very fine it is too, its made its way into a currently groaning virtual shopping basket.
The In Tune Mixtape on R3. A feeble attempt at calming frayed nerves before the Saints game on Radio Solent later.
Try & keep your feet still.

Thought I'd dip my toe into the waters of JJ Cale, an artist new to me. Chose this for my first taste and must say I'm liking what I'm hearing.
Alabama Shakes - Boys & Girls.
Mighty impressive 2012 debut album from The 'Shakes, with the voice of Brittany Howard a revelation.
Oh, and the follow up album, "Sound & Colour" isn't too shabby either.
A great live concert of Marillion, early years so still with Fish...
Good album. Not a contender for the top 10of this year. But one which is still very enjoyable, quality musicians...
Ramones - Ramones
Via Tidal and inspired by watching Spiderman Homecoming yesterday evening, good film and great tunes.
Might need to invest in my own copy very soon.

If you're new to JJ, then this "best of" 2 X CD set probably has all the JJ Cale you'll ever need, (though some of the albums are pretty good, it must be said).
J J Cale - Anyway The Wind Blows - The Anthology.
Giving this a spin as just arrived from Amazon, Hailey Tuck - Junk
She seems to be a rising star

Many thanks, Dave. I've ordered it from Amazon. Only £6.99

4.6 showing its mettle on this otherwise scuzzy recording. Really sorting all the layers and dense instrumental/backing mixes like I’ve not heard before.
First cd pressing with ‘Sweet Virginia’ drop-out evident.

I'm still captivated by this album.
