On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:

Siril Melmedal Hauge & Jacob Young - Last Things on Tidal.
Neil Young International Harvesters. A Treasure. On HDCD from 2011. Recorded during their 1984-85 tour. First listen. Neil performing live 12 of his country songs backed by a steel guitar, fiddle, and banjo. High energy, fun music.
Produced by the late great John Peel. An eclectic mix (what else would you expect?), but includes a lot of favs - and of course some LFC related stuff. It’s a great listen and real foot-tapper ...
Jackson Browne. Time The Conqueror. On CD from 2008. I'm a big fan of JB and this along with two other recent CD purchases completed his studio recordings in my holdings. After a couple of listens, this might be the weakest of his albums. Great musicians on board, and there are a couple of worthy songs, notably the title track. Unfortunately, the protest songs and their gravity are too heavy and this becomes somewhat an overdrawn rant on the US politics of the time. I'll keep this one for completest sake, but don't expect many future spins.
Rudolf Buchbinder - Bach: partitas No.1 & No.2 and English suite No. 3
Wonderfull recording by Rudolf Buchbinder playing Bach's music.
A nice refreshing start to another gloriously sunny Sunday with Dexter Gordon and Freddie Hubbard et al.
Gazpacho
Soyuz - Qobuz Streaming
I have never heard of Gazpacho so first time listening to their music, half way through this album really enjoying what I am hearing, will not be surprised if I start buying some of their albums.
Edward
Classic Blue Note for a sunny Sunday morning. On 1990s vinyl:
Because it is a gorgeous Sunday here and because this is a stunning album.
For The Good Times - Kriss Kristofferson (from ‘The Very Best Of...’)
It shouldn’t come as any surprise that Kris is perfect for Sunday. The voice of someone who’s clearly lived every moment of what he’s singing about. And I haven’t even reached ‘Sunday Morning Coming Down’ yet...

Just borrowing a few of the daughter's CD's, whilst she's at work. Pretty decent tunes for a sunny Sunday afternoon, whilst BBQ'ing.
