On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
10cc, Sheet Music. Listening to ripped CD and sounding great, but this is one of those albums that has me investigating buying a record player to get the full experience.
Smartass, clever, clever, Art school, stuff perhaps, but clever it certainly is and some belting tunes. An all time fave. Joyous Album.

CD - Berlin Classics 1996 : )
Isolde Ahlgrimm - harpsichord
Recordings from 1967, sounds so fresh and vibrant one would think this was recorded last week : )

Van Morrison - Avalon Sunset, this finds Van in gentle mood with some great songwriting.Playing the remaster with an awesome version of "When The saints Go Marching In " as a bonus track
Joan Armatrading - Walk Under Ladders - vinyl
Must be one of her best. Really enjoying the new drive and excitement. Hard to see how this could sound better. Amazing drums and bass guitar on Only One. Great ending.
Phil
Linda Ronstadt - Greatest Hits
Just bought tickets to see him later this year, doing some homework.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this. Faust’s playing is just wonderful, with a fine accompaniment on the harpsichord. It’s a beautiful recording too.
Just finished this album. One of the greatest live albums in progressive metal/rock...
