Kicking off Sunday with this great double vinyl from 2015. ????

This seems very appropriate for yet another sunny Sunday AM in South Wales...

Beck - Morning Phase

CD rip and most excellent it is, his latest album is also growing on me.

The songwriter’s first album of new music in 13 years is wise and economical. At 71, John Prine is a virtuoso at understatement, finding the joy in the mundane, and writing about what it means to be alive.

Vinyl released 1969 - Jazzy translation of the Fabs tunes, and a great album. ????

Keith Jarrett - Facing You

Always sounds so fresh. Like a dip into a cold sea on a hot, windy day.

Released 2004 - Ideal summer chill album.????

Posted on: 10 June 2018 by osprey

The third and best installment of Mexican Summer’s collaborative EP series pairs two soft-focus psychedelic bands to righteous effect.

On Myths 003, both Dungen and Woods seem to have found a new spark. These songs are both more urgent and exploratory than the last albums by either band, though they were both very good.

The Eagles - Live in Houston 1976 , WAV CD rip

Background music while having a coffee  with friends who popped in. Nice live performance of their classics from a box-set of gigs from that era, classy country-rock groove.
