On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
Aloysius - Cocteau Twins (from ‘Treasure’)
I don’t think they made a better complete album than this. Sure, it’s fey and occasionally whimsical, but oh my - that voice...
Great heavy blues from the late texan blues slide guitarist.
Always find this station gives a great mix of music throughout the day.
Just finished......
Keb Mo - The Door
Streamed on NAS......... Some fine tunes from Keb Mo this morning to ease me into the day!

1967 - Vinyl - UK first pressing...
A life changing album for me. And, one of the best covers ever, and one of the creepier ones as well.
(2008)
Morcheeba - Big Calm
Something twenty years old and chilled to go with my first cold one of the day.
The new Innocence Mission album
Last couple of days listening
Fancied listening to a bit of Norah before cooking dinner. I've yet to hear one of her albums that I don't like.
(2015)
Moon Duo - Shadow of the Sun
Because it caught my eye while departing the 'M' department of the library and I fancied something psychedelic, upbeat and fuzzy. This will do nicely...
Marc Copland & Ralph Towner - Songs without end
Very nice music by two great musicians.
Marc Copland - piano; Ralph Towner - guitar.
Pure Pleasure 2LP 180g version, worth the extra for Tin Pan Alley on its own!!
Now Playing......
Bebel Gilberto - All In One
Streaming on TIDAL........ A recent mention on the forum and I placed in TIDAL queue and not taking out for a spin........ Sounding mighty sweet.....
Dougie Maclean
Cragie Dhu - CD Rip
Edward
A long-time favourite album of mine from the days when I used to run an A&R A60.
Now Playing.......
Bentley Caldwell - A Place To Be
Streaming on NAS......... Taking out Benley's first album release out of a spin, a six track 23 minute affair, and his songs are quite good. If you enjoyed "The Place That I Call Home" I recommend you give this a listen. Sounding mighty sweet!
