An album I've enjoyed for many-a-year. Sheryl sure can rock.

As I said great Ian’s. ????
Field Music - Open Here.
Another band that's unfortunately something of a cult taste amongst members here, yet who deserve a much wider audience.
The Brewis brothers manage to conjure up a quirky mix of XTC, Tod Rundgren and Talking Heads.
His Purpleness, Prince, was a fan.
We saw them in York a couple of years back ................... live? ................... stunningly good.
1999 - Double vinyl - UK pressing...
(1969)
Savoy Brown - Blue Matter
Very fine blues rock from this wonderful London band, one of the Southbank's finest and a credit to Battersea.

Some more rock but going back a bit further than Sheryl Crow. Tony McPhee sure could play guitar.
Such a fantastic album, Mike.

Anita Baker - Giving You The Best That I Got
Streaming on NAS......... A mention from DAVE MARSHALL earlier today put the idea that I would play Anita first thing when I got home, and taking her out for a spin, first album of the evening....... Anita has a wonderful voice, always enjoy her albums!
Now Playing........
Sheryl Crow - The Globe Sessions
Streaming on NAS....... Going with a mention from MDS from earlier today since I have not had Sheryl out for a spin in a while. "My Favorite Mistake" is sounding sweet! Great voice and music and fitting the mood for this Tuesday evening.......
Great pianist..
Decided when I got up this morning it will be a classic album day
In 2009, Howard Goddall released a collection of Enchanted Voices under the Classic FM label. This is a beautiful collection of ethereally resonant yet powerfully emotive arrangements. Listening on CD.
Another classic album
Lars Danielsson - Tarantella
An old favourite that I can't shake off. And wouldn't want to.
