Antimatter - Leaving Eden (2007). I'm going through their catalog on Tidal, layered guitar. Works for me.
You seem to be enjoying your discovery of Antimatter
(2010)
Wooden Shjips - Wooden Shjips. Vol 2
Fabulous contemporary hard hitting psychedelic rock, I really get and rate these boys highly.
Benny Andersson
Piano - Tidal HiFi
Edward
Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See (1993). Dream chill pop. On Tidal.

Ostura are from the Lebanon and this is their sophomore album and what an album it is. Progressive metal, orchestral, cinematic with wonderful Male and Female vocals. It's like Evanescence taken to the max in an alternative reality. Great from the very first play and getting better each time I hear it.
I will give them a better try later when I'm in the mood, the first two songs were a bit stressful, Mazzy Star is calming me down now.
Mark Pritchard. AKA Trouble Man. Time out of Mind.
2004. Balearic chill out beats from Far Out Records.
Oceans Of Slumber, The Banished Heart.
Seemed like the obvious follow on from Ostura, this is a spectacular Progressive Doom Metal album.
Tarwater. Spidersmile.
some really excellent choices tonight. Can I follow with some berlin Gerauschhersteiler ?
Back to more Antimatter after Mazzy Star. Welcome To The Machine (2017). Yes, they do a rendition of Pink Floyd's Welcome To The Machine. I'm cooking on the grill outside and this is working....

A few mentions of past M spangles can not go unrecognised without a big big up of her last banded effort that came out the other year.
Perhaps the best.
Paul Draper, formerly of Mansun....
On Apple Music via Airplay (yuk!)
Will probably get the vinyl.
Can only see an HD download at 7digital currently which I'm going to buy.
A nice bit of jazz to finish the evening off.
Temperature dropped just enough to power up the valves and give this a first play. Ordered it months ago, dropped on the mat this week but it’s the first opportunity I’ve had to play it.
To quote theartsdesk “Raw, intimate rebirth album with a generous helping of rock, blues and Americana”
That sums it up quite well.
Jack Johnson - On And On
Haven't listened to this for a while and am asking myself why. This is probably my favourite Jack Johnson album. There is a lovely reggae vibe running through a few of the tracks, very relaxing but holds your attention until then end. That is a very neat trick.
CD Gérard Caussé - Concertos Pour Alto (Viola Concertos) - Hummel, Weber, Schubert, Hoffmeister
