Splendid Australian CD compilation of the best of Nancy and Lee:

Malia & Boris Blank - Convergence.

Moving on from the earlier music of Zimbabwe, this album sees Boris Blank bring his production skills to bear on this wonderful

  adventure with Malawian singer Malia.

At no point does the "Yello effect" overpower her vocals, and the SQ is up there with the best ............ what's not to like?

King Crimson - In The Court of the Crimson King (1969). On vinyl, been a long time but it sounds pretty good .

(1985)

Without The Fanfare

Yet another glorious day of sport and warm weather, the fine voice of Mary Black accompanying a G&T.

A wonderful album that's been in my top ten of favourites for nigh on fifty years.

Vinyl released 2016 - This album is uncluttered, elegant and compelling. It’s possibly Terry Lee Hale’s finest album to date. ????

Victory - The Broken Instrument

This has grown on me. Forget the over-production, this gal is a real talent.

Watch this space.

  Yello - Touch.

Having listened to Malia and Boris earlier, somewhat inevitably, ............... this.

Could well turn into a Yello evening chez Dave, as I find that once I've started, there's no escape.

First, Courtney Barnett - Tell Me How You Really Feel

Then, John Meyer - Heavier Things

A happier, sunnier blues.

(2007)

Robert Plant & Alison Krauss - Raising Sand

Nothing new here but it's one very fine album that caught my eye while flipping though the library. Who would have thought back in 1970 or so that Percy would be doing duets with a bluegrass and country singer?

Bert, you have found a real stunner here. I have only heard a couple of tracks on Tidal and I can already tell this one is right up my street. Olivia has a glorious voice as you say.

Many thanks for posting this.

Bella Donna (1981). Haven't played this in a while, it's not too bad. Tom Petty joins in for a song too.

Agreed, I’ve played it lots. It would be nice if it were available in UK on some kind of disc however...

Been spinning this by Bahamas for a few days.

Rather pleasing it is too.
