The Doors - The Doors on reissue 1980 vinyl. Continuing with The Doors. Can't seem to locate this album on on The River. I'm looking for the 40th Anniversary CD (2007) mix. I have the rest of their albums from that 2007 reissue release, happy with the sound quality.
dknk, if you head over to discogs you can get the copies you want for just a couple of quid plus postage.
Thanks Stevee_S, have not used discogs before. Found the 2007 version, it's on the way...

At last......some love for this most underrated DK album. This has always been my favourite and still is. Her husband Elvis Costello helped Diana in co-writing most of the songs on this album and, in doing so, he gave her the confidence to start writing her own stuff.
Tindersticks - "The Hungry Saw" (2008)
Bruce Hornsby and the Range - The way it is.
Great classic from Bruce Hornsby.
Rainbow
Rising [NewYork Mix] - CD Rip

Easing into the weekend.

Mr Landreth is a fine (blues) guitarist and can hold a choon too. I like this.
Steve Tannen - "Big Senorita" (2000) solo release by Steve, before The Weepies. Excellent songwriter.
Clear vinyl released 2014 - Nice album from a fine Manchester band. ????

I posted this a couple of days ago, and now that I've had the chance for a proper listen ............... WOW!
Old skool down and dirty blooze classics .................... highly recommended, and available from The River for not much at all.
It's there on yon Tidal thingy, and if you like blues, you owe it to yourself to have a listen.
