Blimey that's spooky I nearly put this one on instead of Natalie M' a few minutes ago!

Now, that’s is spooky. It’s an omen, Steve. It’s an omen!
Keb Mo - Slow Down
A soothing balm.
Let's get back to vinyl. Mono vinyl, to boot. Something a bit Kinky from '67:
CD on cheap earbuds via an elderly MacBook (and it still sounds great)
Why? We've had the granddaughters, aged 1 & 5, for the whole weekend. I needed something that would go straight to the synapses and Miles' second best album hits the spot perfectly from that opening chord onwards.

Fantastic Negrito - Please Don't Be Dead.
His previous album, "The Last Days Of Oakland" slowly became a firm favourite with forum members, and his current one, IMHO,
is even better ................ it builds on the benchmark set by the previous release, and the SQ is quite brilliant ................ even via my
now obsolete, and obviously "broken" NDS.
An album I've had for a long time and always enjoyed. Playing it no because I saw Suzanne V perform it live yesterday evening.
(1969)
Santana
Trying to induce a little bit of sunshine into the rain with Santana's debut before the pooch needs walking.

I ordered this a few days ago, hoping the SQ is good.

Steve, your b.i.l. was obviously a man of great taste and I hope you’ve caught up and now enjoy this great classic album.
Van Morrison - Roll With The Punches (2017). Playing a bit of Van today, he has so much material to choose from.
The latest addition to my Norah Jones collection. Different in style to the other albums I have of hers.
On CD - haven't listened to it in a while:
Joan Armatrading - Joan Armatrading
The Crusaders - Those Southern Knights
Fancied a trip back to my yoof. Properly hearing the wealth of talent in these recordings (ripped CDs) for the first time through a pukka HiFi.
Jimi Hendrix : Blues.
Jimi chills out and does the blooze .................. a stunning album, which all Jimi / blues fans really do need to have a listen to.
Fortunately, it's there on Tidal, ............... so you've no excuse not to!
Trust me, your time will most definitely not have been wasted.
Listen to this fantastic album this morning...
Then listened to this..
After Led Zeppelin this one is not far away...
Jimi Hendrix - Electric Ladyland.
That's the trouble with Jimi, once you start ^^^^ , ..............there's no escaping, .............................. resistance is futile, ............................
mind you, he was a bit good, innit?
Erm, relatively LOUD!

To be fair all the different (early) copies I've heard have been ok and this is no different, nothing special but not bad at all.

Natalie Merchant - Tigerlily
I've recently been plugging some holes in my Natalie Merchant collection, this evening I'm kicking off with her fine solo debut without her 10,000 maniacs, natch.
The download is a different mix of the album than the regular cd.

I saw Suzanne Vega live a few weeks ago. She was very good.
When you saw her, was she performing with just the guitarist Gerry Leonard?
Bob Dylan - Highway 61 Revisited, first play after purchasing yesterday .
