What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol. XIV)

On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
Could this be the most extraordinary hip-hop record ever? Is it even hip-hop? Certainly this 2005 release pushed the boundaries of the form - a continuous 43 minute instrumental made up of short fragments, Dilla made it (literally) on his deathbed. On CD.

St. Vincent - St. Vincent. On vinyl. Second run through this of this album and it’s rather good. Masseduction (on CD) was my first intro to this artist and on evidence of these two albums I’ll be exploring more of the back catalogue.

Should NAIM see a marketing opportunity here, a few things they will need to consider.

A J Ghent Band - Live At Terminal West.
Another forum recommendation, this is just a non-stop party, live rockin' album, with some great Hendrix tinted guitar work.
As you have discovered Dave, this is an absolute belter. Love this guy!
