Last year's thread can be found here:
Lovely album.
Jeff Beck - Emotion and Commotion, the instrumental tracks are nicely broken up by songs featuring Joss Stone,Imelda May and Olivia Safe on vocals.
Vinyl released 2015 - Had the pleasure of seeing these live at the O2 Liverpool a few years back. Great Canadian band and a fine album.

Because Nickpeacock set me off on Woodenshjips music which has led me onto Ripley's other project (Moon Duo) with his life partner. This one recorded live on a very hot night on an Adriatic beach setting (Hanabi) in the summer of 2013.
Another fine Cara Dillion album her husband was in the local Naim dealer in Bath earlier today when I called in it reminded me to play some Cara Dillion later.
Evidently they live locally.

Some relaxing and mellow sounds from Richard Hawley with his album Hollow Meadows. I've had this a while, but not got round to playing it much, so I am rectifying that now. Sounding very good.
Thanks for the reminder of this. I played it via Tidal a while ago and probably wasn't in the right mood. Am playing now via Tidal and have just snapped up the CD from the river for very few squids.
This is a classy and absorbing album. Nice one.
Elvis Costello - Unfaithful Music & Soundtrack album. A companion album to his autobiography, which is a collection of some of his songs, including some unusual selections. I've got almost all of his individual albums, but couldn't resist this compilation.

Yes, it didn't grab me on a first listen, but I really enjoyed it tonight.

Yes in Frome. A timely reminder to add Cara to my playlist
I kind of overlooked this one when it was first released but went back to it after hearing “Cortez the Killer” on his Live Rust album. One of Neil’s best with Crazy Horse.
Amy Wadge posted another Amy Wadge album a few days ago downloaded this earlier today a stunning listen quite possibly my best album purchase this year it is that good.
Bryan Ferry - Dylanesque, as the title suggests an album of Dylan covers ,performed in the smooth Ferry manner.

A fav of mine, love the Robin Trower guitar work on “watchtower”. It’s a great album.
Quintessential Van the Man. No reasons needed for playing this one.
