I don't play Madonna that much but have always liked this album. Some serious dynamics which will test the bottom-end ability of most systems.
Cracking album. One of my fav MADGE discs. If you haven’t already got it, also check out Confessions on a Dance Floor - her tribute to Disco and it flows like a club DJ set. I thinks its superb and oft overlooked after the ‘dip’ of the American Life album. Its a really good sounding CD too and can be had for pennies secondhand.
Bu**er, I saw this for £1 pre loved today and for some reason I didn't pick it up. Stupid of me.
Nigel, think I saw it on Music Magpie for £1.99 when trawling thought their latest offers page the other day.

I saw this for a quid in an actual record shop on an actual high street, so no postage on top. How quaint is that!
Thanks for the tip though.

The original mix before they added reverb
How interesting - one of my favourite Jackson Browne albums! Is this a commercially available release or from a private collection?
Regards, Vlad
It is commercially available. Try and get the earliest version on cd. I have a 1st pressing Japanese and the sq is excellent but I have seen very few of them ever come up for sale and now they go for sheds loads of cash.

Avoid any of the versions that have a Digitally Remastered silver sticker on the front. Most have fake added reverb.

Thanks, Yetizone. Just ordered Confessions on a dance Floor CD for a couple of quid.
Sting - The Dream of the Blue Turtles, the debut solo album from young Mr Sumner.Yes, he can be a bit pretentious but he surrounds himself with excellent musicians and this has very good SQ.

Couldn't Stand The Weather
The late great Stevie Ray Vaughan I still miss him to bits, what a great loss at such an early age. Oh, and I just wanted to listen to his great music...

Released 2017 - Excellent album by Brooklyn singer Becca Stevens. A unique flavour of jazz and Appalachian folk-tinged songs makes this a great listen. Features David Crosby too. ????
Streaming from Tidal now.
B Ferry - Dylanesque
Imo, he's a great interpreter of Dylan. Somehow Dylan's poetry just fits his groove.
Now Playing........
Ry Cooder - The Prodigal Son

Elvis Costello - Brutal Youth. One of my favourite EC albums.

"Willy and the Poor Boys" - Creedence Clearwater Revival (CD)
I only discovered CCR in the early 90s - this is such a good album.
Still enjoying this - I can't seem to prise it from the drawer -
Earth volume 4.
Jimmy Smith - Walk on the Wild Side, a two disc best of the Verve years that includes a couple of previously unreleased tracks.
