What are you listening to and WHY might anyone be interested? (Vol. XIV)

On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:
The Gary McGarland Orchestra, with guest soloist Bill Evans
Playing on Vinyl on Virgin Records - Very relaxing electronic ambiance from Tangerine Dream from 1975
B Ferry - Dylanesque
Ferry adds the groove to Dylan's poetry.
"Here's some free advice, those Shoes your wearing. Their wack "
Sade - Love Deluxe.
Picking up on yesterday with some more silky sounds from the queen of smooth.
There's little to fault in Sade's body of work, but this album just edges the rest, IMHO.
This was the first Beatles album I bought and it has always been my favourite with Sgt Pepper a close second.
One of Ray Lamontagne's loveliest albums.
Sounding rather splendid this evening.
Fleet Foxes ,an album full of rich vocal harmonies and a sixties vibe.
Way before my time. A great mix up of familiar grooves. Like an old northern soul mix squeezed through a retro future flux generator.
Good grief, there's some hairy old bangers on this one..
Van Morrison - Avalon Sunset.
Impossible to choose a "best" album from Van the Man, but this one is definitely high up on my list.
Carly Simon - No Secrets.

Carly Simon - No Secrets.
Looking at this cover and looking at her hand, I'm wondering whether she was practicing holding that shape for a particularly difficult chord sequence playing the guitar.
You might be interested as I'm singing this as a tenor in the Burnley Municipal Choir in November
Good music, average recording...
GusGus. Arabian Horse. 2011.
Icelandic Trance. Not anything like Euro Trance.
(Although Icelandic horses are only small little ponies)
Great album, exudes energy, and I can see why this used to be a regular workout favourite for me a decade or more ago.
Another under-rated artist.
edit:
Hell, this is a good album I need to explore more of her later work - 'Time' is fantastic, almost as though she has Linkin Park as a backing band. I adore good pop/rock, but with a voice like this I think she could make a bad tune work.

I wasn't looking at her hands......
......Still trying to remember if I have this on vinyl somewhere.
Tidal. Asya Selyutina - Guitar Solo (Mentioned By DrMark)
