The Rolling Stones - Grrr!, pulled this out to listen to "Doom and Gloom" and "One More Shot" the two tracks tacked onto the end of this 3 disc comp. But the songs are average and suffer with the usual problems afflicting the sound of modern Stones albums

Meli'sa Morgan - Do Me Baby - UK ist Press Capitol Records 1986

A nice bit of 80's soul for the afternoon  'Fools Paradise' takes me back to the riding the waltzer at the fairground those traveller boys always had the best sounds whenever they came to our town I would at the booth pestering them who sings this one? where did you get this from?

Fools Paradise was one of those tunes and the LP though not as good is still beautifully sung and I had an enormous teenage crush on Meli'sa

John Mellencamp - Sad Clowns & Hillbillies

Streaming on TIDAL.........  I saw this mentioned the other day on the forum and placed it in the queue to take out for a spin. I enjoy John's music and songwriting and have not given him a listen in awhile.  He is sounding mighty fine on the opening track!
