On the eve of a new year, it's time for a new thread.
Last year's thread can be found here:

I was at that gig.

That’s interesting. I was at THE live gig of Spock’s Beard - published under the title “Gluttons for Punishment”
Bentley Caldwell - The Place That I Call Home.
Posting this album yet again, not that I need to tell you guys anything much about it, since it's a long time forum favourite.
No, the real reason for posting is to draw everyone's attention to the fact that we appear to have Bentley onboard this 'ere forum ..
.....as I've just had a "like" from him about the Ben Harper / Charlie Musselwhite album I posted the other day.
Welcome to the madhouse, mate.
Released 2013 - Prompted by Ewemon, a fine listen. 8)
Imgur was 'running around with its hair on fire' earlier, I was giving these a spin at the time.
Steely Dan - Aja. A 1980 vinyl 1/2 speed mastered MOFI Japaneese pressing. Just picked this up today, the sound is wonderful. Better than my 1977 original vinyl release.
Meadow - Blissful Ignorance
Okay, I'm listening to this for pleasure ....but I'm amazed hardly anyone else seems to get it. Maybe some of the Music Room's big time influencers will pick it up. (I have no vested interest).
Playing on Vinyl on Liberty Records - Groovy paisley from The Standells recorded live in 1964
The Rolling Stones - The Marquee Club,Live in 1971, another great release from The Vault series.
Fancied a bit of Ray Lamontagne after dinner. I find his albums capable of enjoyment even when played fairly quietly. The flow and beat still gets the foot tapping.
Norah Jones - Feels Like Home.
Some rockin blues tonight.
AJ Ghent Band - Live At Terminal West.
Live blues rock at it's very best ...................... highly recommended.
Nice music
She has a nice light laying style...
Described by NME as" the greatest album of time" i'm not so sure about that but i was requested to put this on so I have.
Solo bass, and rather wonderful.
George Benson - Breezin'
Dire Straits, 2014 heavyweight vinyl release, nice sound.
