Fleetwood Mac - Tusk

I wanted to hear Sara

Yes, I like Tusk but I find the best way to listen is to skip the Lindsay Buckingham "thrash" tracks and wallow in the delight of those sung by the girls.  Please feel free to disagree if I've got it all wrong {again}.

John Martyn - Glorious Fool

Very quietly on a grey afternoon but still hugely distracting. In a good way.

Angel

Brown eyes

Honey Hi

Beautiful child

Tusk

Made this into a playlist for listening later today.  I enjoy the whole album but could see how a shortened version might work better, depending on mood.

A few years ago the above exchange took place on this thread.  I find my go-to-listen to be the version as suggested by Kiwi Cat, but I like the original as well.   I will try a playlist with the ladies-only (although generally speaking I very much enjoy Lindsey Buckingham)  Jeff A

The Old Grey Whistle Test (BBC via Rhino Records) - The Anthems

To give examples of what's on this rollicking triple CD, from the back cover: Seven Seas of Rhye, The Boys Are Back In Town, Refugee, Night Owl, Roll Away The Stone, Lady Eleanor, Solsbury Hill, La Grange, What a Fool Believes and I Wanna Be Sedated

A quality job of work

Meet Me In London

This was one of my first Hi-Res Naim Downloads it's a lovely laid back album beautifully played as you would expect from Snr. Forcione.
