As it's New Year's Eve I've opened one of two bottles of this claret an ex-employer gave me a few years ago to see the new year in. It's been "cellared" (in the sink cupboard on a rack), dusted off and opened about an hour ago to breathe. First impressions are positive, a classic top-flight Claret I am going to enjoy over the next few hours:

Cotes du Rhône Rose. 5 litre bag-in-box bought from the Cooperative in Cairanne, Vaucluse in the summer, and has held up very well.
