I've liked all the M&tM albums since Metro Music through the wonderful Danesparc and the beautiful Mystery Walk and The World is a Ball to the excellent Modern Lullaby . My favourite MatM album has always been This the Ice Age - an almost faultless record and one of the highlights of the 80s. However, a new release has hit my CDX2 and it is quite an amazing, if difficult to get hold of, record. Seek it out if you can it is worth it. So what is you favourite album/track by one the most...

I've a few Fairport C albums on vinyl and thought I'd begin to build up a set on CD. Just bought "What we did on our holidays" and "History of Fairport" from Amazon. They were quite cheap but the sound is dire. Are there any remasterd albums on CD or...

I wondered if anyone listened to the broadcast of Jan Garbarek's recent Barbican concert on Radio 3 last night.Really good pianist in the quartet but I guess that when you have played with Keith Jarrett it raises the bar.
