Guys I've just spotted the "10th Anniversary Legacy Edition" of Grace & am umming & ahhing over whether to buy that version, or just the plain CD. AFAICT, the 10th anniversary edition is remastered from the original tapes, so should be the better quality, but then again, do I really want / need the 2 discs of extras? Alternately, I could go for a remastered single disc copy - does anyone know if there is such a thing? (I tried Amazon, but there wasn't much info on the single disc version).

Their albums have collected dust until recently- now I'm addicted.Recommended if you might get off on spazzy jam sessions of $49 Casio keyboards, distorted guitar, horns, drums, and often childish singing (some is much quieter than these wild outbursts).

I maintain that one of the best things about the CD age (and the 80 min. storage capacity of same) is the advent of decent compilations of classic artists. Here are mine; box sets not allowed (too sprawling), but 2-CD compilations are.1, the Beatles;...

Mike (& others) Julian Cope has a gig in Reading on Sat. 18 Sept. http://www.readingarts.com/wha...=2004&venue=&season= (bugger - how do I get that to read something sensible?). We are ~10 mins walk from the venue (and from the railway station) so if anyone is going you could park near ours and have a bite and drinks before hand or even after. Simon
