Have had an LP12/Aro itch for many years, and saw an out-of-the-ordinary combo come up for sale: 25th Anniversary LP12 (1997) with gloss black plinth, Armageddon, Aro, Prefix K and Troika. Hello, I am running mostly digital music from a Mac Mini to a V-90 DAC to the Naim. I would like to add a subwoofer and don’t have a direct subwoofer out from the Amplifier. Any suggestions? I live in the United States. There seem to a bewildering choice of subs.

Has someone already tested Chord Hugo 2 with Naim power amp, say NAP250DR? Hugo 1 ( I have Hugo 1+SN2) was widely appreciated as a dac/preamp with Naim gear. However, I have used it only as dac. Reason is that me and my family like more the volume control and remote control of SN2. Since Hugo 2 now has remote control, it's maybe time to evaluate this again. Any experiences?

I'm now into my 5th day of ownership of an Astell & Kearn KANN. To say I'm pleased would be huge understatement. My 250DR has shut down on me a few times recently as it became over heated, once was when the weather was very warm but the last occasion was during a listening session and the volume was pushed to 60-70. The Speakers are Ovator S400's. Is my 250DR under powered to play that volume for sustained periods?

Hello everyone, In the last 6 months I have purchased a combo which I expected to sound "good". I have the SN2 into NDX on dac. Results : I can hear the music, but it doesn't sound even close to what I expected. I can resume that it sounds dull. flat, no finesse, like if the middle portion of an hypothetical equalizer (middles) is up and all the rest is on zeroes... I wonder if there is anyone who could help on this. I have a problem with the NAT 01 Tuner and i'm sure the problem is in the power supply rather than in the tuner head. Does anyone know what the voltage output(s) is from the power supply to the tuner head and what pins they are ? Looked through the manuals and it just gives outputs of hi-caps etc. Any help would be grateful.
