my flash has decided to run amok and keeps turning up the volume on my 52 i changed the batteries, took it apart and used a camera air cleaner on the insides, put it back together and same thing happens. Could fry my tweeters but I caught it in time. Any fix? Can this still be repaired? Suggestions? does naim still have the ability to repair this remote?

Hi at all, I bought an Nait XS (60 watts/8 Ohm), Year 2012, series 322135 - 339631. It has already a HDD-Connection and the frontpanel is brushed like the XS2 frontpanel. Is this an advanced XS series before they launched the XS2 in 2013? The label on the original package mentions "XS-2" but it´s not mentioned on the back side of the amp. I got my second hand SN2 5 days ago. When first connected I thought my speakers was damaged. I had a mishap with the AV input upon powering on. Speakers sounded at first tame with little dynamics. This has improved during the past days, but after 4-5 days I still lack some details compared to the SN1. The treble details is better, but the lower mid-range details is a little hidden by heavier bass than the SN1. I had similar experience with connecting a HiCap DR to my SN1. Could it be that...

Thinking about going from my Nait Xs amplifier to a Supernait to be used with a Cd XS and PMC twenty 21 speakers. Is it a worthwhile upgrade in cost and sound ?

Hi, I have had a Nap 100 for a while on a Linn Pre-amp but I have just acquired a Nac 72 which i hope to swap to. But i have a 4 pin SNAIC cable and the link plug in the 'hi-cap' socket but I still have not audio. Can the Nac 72 be run without a Hi-Cap? Can the Nac 72 and Nap 100 be used together? Thanks you.

Is it possible to know the right fuse from Littelfuse catalog for a CDX2 that has a T 1.6 A (slow blow) ? I saw there are two series : 213 and 219 ( code : 21301.6MXP and 21901.6MXAP) ; the first one has an Interrupting Rating of 35A@250VAC , the second one has an Interrupting Rating of 150A@250VAC . My 135's are from 88 as far as I know they are the last CB's (dressed in olive now) Standing from the back, I have the bottom 135 as the right hand channel the red cord into the right side XLR plug (looking from the back) and that goes up to SC far right din, on second from the bottom level of my rack is the other 135, that has the green cord coming from the left side XLR which heads up to the din just to the left of the other...

can anyone explain after spending £££ on a full loom why there are no jumpers available. most people who have reasonable sized speakers will have either two or three sets of posts yet there are no jumpers!!! come on naim sort it out in the meantime does anyone have any suggestions

I want to replace the 100 that is currently backing a V-1/72/hicap front end with an olive 140. They're hard to find in the States but there seem to be plenty of them floating around on U.K. auction sites. Do olive 140s have re-wirable transformers? The implication seems to be that if the transformer is re-wirable, the voltage conversion is significantly cheaper than if the entire transformer needs to be replaced. Thanks

hi folks, is the a way to set the inputs on a 552 without a remote? I have just collected my 552 from being serviced and can't get any sound from my LP12 and from memory I need to set the phone inputs.... i could wait until my dealer is about but of there is a fix I can do now that would be really helpful. cheers Gary
