Thinking of a new solid-body electric. Currently looking at a LP Custom or a PRS Custom 24 Any thoughts? I'm not really interested in re-issues or faux-vintage as seems to be the style now.

As the original thread has got locked I hope that this one will have legs for a while! Currently! Not bad at all. Nice price and very enjoyable. The CRS [Co-opperative Retail Society] has a habit of producing very fine "own brand" lines. The one in question is the left in the picture ... the label has changed since this picture, but it is easily found, and £1.29 per 500 mls is remarkable value! In glass of course!! ATB from George
