If it wasn't for the fact that you are just so damned happy in your current job/role/profession what else would you fancy? Hey don't let the fact that you have no talent or ability for it let you worry just dream .......................................

Got a D40 this week with the standard kit lens, my first ever serious camera. They're so ridiculously cheap now I couldn't resist. I'm very much a point & hope for the best photographer. Do a bit of indoors, family celebrations type of thing & wondering if it's worth buying a dedicated flash for the D40, or is the pop-up jobbie adequate? Want to avoid the dreaded redeye at all costs, a bit of a problem in the past with various compacts.

Our Topfield looks like giving up after 3 years of hard graft. If it has finally died we're reluctant to replace it with a non-high definition, hard drive box. The only option at the moment, as much as it sickens us, is Sky HD, with Freeview still not...

Me too. I've just read The Bromley Boys, by Dave Roberts. It brought back all the passion, misery and desperation only a true obsessive can understand. As a Celtic fan, I've had my share of dark moments, but this saga of a useless team having their...

Terror arrests linked to PM plot Having considered who might want GB & TB dead, police confirm 61 million people are helping them with their enquires. Looking on the positive side, if GB &/or TB had died there would have been no loss of innocent life.
