Bizarrely another foody question after Marks. Have just had some Haddock & chips and I can't understand why sea fish doesn't taste of fish anymore. I sort of get why farmed foods (meat and veggies) have lost their flavour due to selective breeding (for reasons other than taste) but why does a fish plucked out of the North Sea now not taste of anything either?
