Dear Friends, I love Easter. On the secular level, it is the time when the green shoots come, and the sun gets more glorious each day [at least in the temperate areas of the Northern Hemisphere]. The wind dries things nicely rather than cuts through you! Much nicer than Christmas! And it always strikes me that the spirits seem to rise as well, and though the world gets no better, and generally peoples' behaviour is in decline, there seems to be a new spring in the step.
