I thought EBay UK had banned sellers putting surcharges on for Buyers paying via Paypal from 07/06/04. My last couple of vinyl wins have had the seller still asking for extra? The first one I just paid the bid amount and the P&P, and ignored the extra request, and sent an e-mail about it. Now another one has asked for 1 Euro extra. Now it's not a lot to quibble about, but it strikes me as odd that there is a clear policy that sellers just ignore. BTW I don't charge when I sell via Paypal.
