Unknown Mortal Orchestra - II

Genius album. I never say that lightly.

Is Ruban the current Lennon and/or McCartney?

Amazing Jazz Guitar.  Was the inspiration for many Canadian Rock stars who started out in Winnipeg.  If you can find one of Lenny Breau's recordings you can not go wrong getting it, even if Jazz is not your favourite genre, a must have.

And now for something completely different - Patti Smith Twelve

Stick Men - Deep

Bought this CD after a tip from SteveJ on the "Woman Vocals-suggestion" thread.

Vinyl originally released in 1969 but out of production. Copies hard to find and expensive.

Not released on CD until 2008.

Great list of backing musicians from the 60's
