Christmas presents:-
Howard,
Thats one for deffo heading for the charity shop when it opens on Monday then.
You will keep Joe's because it keeps your collection up to date.
It is out of stock everywhere, I am on a waiting list.
Stu, the Robert Plant isn't as bad as I feared. I did try and get it changed to the JJ Cale tribute album but my daughter had already bought Percy's.
Joe's Ltd Edition complete studio album collection. 25 squid on the river had a 10 squid christmas boating voucher to use up.
Nouvelle Vague:
Bit of a 2015 catch up from the year end 'Best of' lists from various places
Luluc: Passrby. Passed me by first time but it is a lovely deceptively simple singer-songwriter two hander with folky inflection. A whiff of early Everything But The Girl? Maybe just me!
Beck: Morning Phase. First Beck album I have ever bought. Nice. Might explore further
Antlers: Familiars. Odd, occasionally uplifting art-rock. Not sure a keeper, one to work on.
A Winged Victor For The Sullen: Atomos. Been a bit of a year for ambient purchases. This is one to get to know over a time I think.
Bruce
Sisters Of Mercy - Floodland

Had it for some time on my wish list and could now get it for a good price via Amazon (their strange pricing model).
ZZ Top - 10 album box set for £17. To match the vinyl ...

It just arrived and I have to say it's a very high quality box. Well made, a nice book on top and 90 CD's inside - only for 117 euros on Amazon, a steal...
Horace SIlver - Songs for my Father.
